FORWARD: Here, in Arizona, youd think our backyards are nothing but rock, dirt and a few tumbleweeds blowing through from time to time. But we actually have many trees, lawns, flowers and so much more. It was another beautiful winter day that I decided to go outside, and catch a few rays on my white, pasty skin. I had a real tough time finding sun, because my trees are so large. In fact I found myself getting a bit irked at the big tree, right in my line of sun. Then, I thought, the tree isnt doing anything but creating oxygen for me to breathe, And I actually said Sorry, Mister Tree. Youre awesome. Then, I sat there, on another incredible afternoon of 80 degree weather, in the shade that was cast by Mister Tree, and I wrote lyrics about him. The music followed a few days later. Enjoy!
