Here on Thanksgiving eve 2014 Im so grateful again for the many happy years Rachel and I had together! And for the ways her two daughters--and even her sons--so beautifully carry forth her vision! As I head into the home stretch of completing my biographical sketch of her life, Im reminded of a chapter from Dorcas Stutzmans book, Trust or Control. Chapter 10, entitled I Have A Dream! Please read that chapter. Rachel was the embodiment of that dream for me. And while Im getting used to her absence here on earth, I believe the complete awakening of that dream has yet to be fulfilled.
