Here we are in Thorshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. These islands belong to Denmark. It continues to be colder. Today it is 44 degrees, but w/o wind, so it is comfortable walking about. The houses with the sod atop of them is for insulation. Tomorrow we will be in Iceland where we will swim in the Blue Lagoon. We have been sharing a table with others each night at dinner and it has been fun and interesting. I hope that Spencer is enjoying the pictures and that his class likes knowing where we are as they follow us on the map.
