Here we go; Hong Kong protesters have either no idea or they have good spin masters, probably both. The protesters want freedom and to be free of the Chinese government and the Chinese police, except......The group said the authorities were failing to protect protesters. From workers who want to go to work btw :) The protesters decided to also block off the gambling and brothel districts, bad move. They accused police of doing nothing here as well... At least 19 people have been arrested over the clashes and further arrests could be made, police said at a press conference early on Saturday. A total of 18 people have been reported injured, including six police officers [you know the ones who are doing nothing!?!]. Police confirmed that about half of those arrested in connection with the fighting [in this district] were known to have triad connections. Indeed, Beijing supporters shouted at police for failing to clear the demonstrators. We are all fed up [with the occupy protesters] and our lives are affected, said 42-year-old teacher Victor Ma. You dont hold Hong Kong citizens hostage because its not going to work. Thats why the crowd is very angry here. Another person said: We are fed up with the closure of the roads. We respect the free expression of opinion [and] the pursuit of universal suffrage but not in this manner. We want law and order. Police formed a human chain to separate the two groups amid the wail of sirens. Mr Lee told the crowd the violent scenes in Mong Kok were Communist tactics to use people against people to eliminate those they dont like. Uuummm no Mr. Lee, those are right wing capitalist tactics honed to great effect by Israel and the USA, the same USA who are funding you Mr. Lee.
