According to party Constitution, still pending ratification by the state delegates but guiding the party, a majority of the quorum is required to pass any item. A total of 85% of all available leaders cast votes, forming the quorum. States only ratification: The Platform passed by 94.12% of the quorum, 80% of all appointed state leaders, whether they voted or not, and by 76.19% of all appointed leaders, whether they voted or were available. Within the appointed Central Committee, the ratification passed with a quorum of 92.86% of the Central Committee, by 81.25 of all appointed Central Committee votes, whether they voted or not and by 78% of all appointed Central Committee members whether they voted, did not vote or were unavailable. As this has met by over 3/4 vote, in all regards, I hereby declare this Platform as ratified. This Platform will be subject to review during the 2014 Convention.
