Very important to VISUALISE pushing the floor away from you and contracting glutes hard at the top, toes pointed slightly outward, this is to ensure you are recruiting the glutes and not taxing the lumbar spine and risking injury or aggravating a bad lower back if you are predisposed. This baby works, and burns like fuuuuuark! Thank you Lisa Claudette Lawson Davis for letting me utilise your exquisite gluteals to demonstrate this movement!!
