Here you go Mr GiveMeTheNumber TEN, Rick Dernberger... Yes, an odd thought process reaching back, thinking forward and telling real. 1) I was named after Cinderella. 2) I wanted to study law, but studied Fashion instead. 3) My best friend died 15 years ago and I have never been the same. 4) I spent my summers with my 4 siblings playing outside in the woods (and the white sand) from sun-up to sun-down. My mom rang a bell for us to come in for lunch and then for dinner. When we came in from dinner, my Mom would make me, and my sister Kim, go through the basement door straight to the tub because we would be filthy. Those were the best days of my life. 5) I know all the words to every song Peggy Lee ever sang. My shower walls know them better. 5.6) I am instantly annoyed when someone tells me to calm down, relax or asks me where I am. The very worst thing you could do to me, is lie. (If you have, coming clean deepens my love respect for you ten-fold) 7) Both of my parents are hairstylists. My parents owned a hair salon for over 50 years on the mainstreet of downtown Cadillac, MI. I have always had a passion for downtown, family owned businesses. I have a deep respect and love for my parents - and my whole family. I am not around much, but I talk to someone in my family every day. They accept me for my quirks and spirit and if it werent for them, I wouldnt be here. 9) I painted on the stage with the Holland Symphony and live with Snoop Dog....Rothbury.. Dylan, Wide Spread Panic, 311, Primus, Modest Mouse, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND... and cant remember... 8) I live a very quiet life... much more than, I suspect, any of you would think. 8.3) I have a pool table in my dining room, an art studio in my livingroom and a living area in my bedroom. 9.8) 2013 has been the worst year of my life (including the year 15 years ago) 2014 is going to be the best year of my life. 9.9) Numbers amuse me 10) I have a zillion people in my life, but only a few best friends. Rick Dernberger is one of them.
