Here you go folks, the September class schedule is out! YUMMY~~!! Yes, you can cook exotic food as easy as 1-2-3. I’ll show you the magic of spices and how they can excite your palate while having fun in kitchen! Sept 7th @ 4 pm: Baby Spinach Salad w/Dates and Almonds Turkey zucchini burgers w/spicy sumac yoghurt sauce Roasted carrots w/Allepo and dates $ - 65 Sept 14th @ 4 pm: Moroccan chicken Tagine Lemon Parsley Cous Cous Haloumi cheese w/peaches - $65 Sept 21st @ 4pm: Picadillo (Mexican Hash) w/homemade tortillas Succotash w/Lima beans, carrots and corn (all organic) Jicama Salad with Tamarind Vinaigrette (If you come early you can see my mom make the tortillas!) - $65 Sept 28th @ 4 pm: Crab cakes w/apricot ginger mustard sauce Spicy* Shrimp Stir-Fry (according to class tastes) Fruit salad - $75 If you have never tasted any of these foods, you’re in for a treat! I use the best ingredients in the area, mostly organic (when possible), no artificial colors, flavors or additives and I make everything from scratch! My students rate my class as 5 Stars!
