Heres Marys tip for healthier option that is so good. Light caramel fruit dip, fat free sour cream(or greek yogurt). Mix half and half. You cut the amount of caramel dip you eat in half that way you can still have 2 tablespoons and that will be about right to get you through a serving of fruit! It is sinfully good! The Dane Boyle Fitness team has tested this for you!! We love it in our working dinners... Pre or post run and great for your seasonal dinner!!
