Heres Noah! His hair was so matted that he had to be anesthetized and surgically shaved. His nails were curled under into his pads and his skin is as thin as paper. He came through wonderfully and feels so much better! Hes technically still on stray hold, but if not claimed in the next couple of days he will be available for adoption through Derby City Dog Rescue.
