Heres a follow up feature in The Peoples Friend magazine (in shops now) of my fundraising work in Iloilo which together with my sister Dara, had been overwhelmingly successful. To date I managed to raise funds to provide 26 boats to fisher folks in Concepcion, Iloilo. Donations are still coming and I just couldnt thank every one enough for their kindness, to my family, my sisters, friends, my students, my neighbours, my childrens friends, readers of the Peoples Friend, friends and mates from University of San Agustin both from Chemical and Mechanical Engineering, my local Tayport Charity shop, staff of School of Chemistry University of St Andrews. In behalf of the folks from the island of Danao Danao and Looc, thank you all soooo much. Thank you too to my friends who are providing funds for my young scholars. Thanks to Liz ORouke for the lovely feature. Special thank you to my sister Dara who does all the leg work for me back in Iloilo.
