Heres a fun fact that I just found out. I received another letter from the United States Census Bureau called the American Community Survey, I looked up the number to the Census Bureau and got to speak with someone about the forms I had received. I was informed that, Yes, there are people that use this as a scam trying get information, but there is actually a Survey conducted by the Census Bureau called the American Community Survey. The survey is very long and asks lots of questions that you would think they dont need the answer too, like What time do you leave for work? How many rooms are in your house? How long does it take you to get to work? Do you have a flushing toilet? Heres another fun fact, you are required by law to fill it out or you can be fined anywhere from $100 to $5,000. As of yet, no one has been fined for not filling out the survey. Also, if you dont return the survey they will send someone to your home to help you fill out the survey, some to the point of demanding you to fill out the survey. If you get one in the mail, call the real Census number in Indiana and they can help you determine if its a real survey or not. Big Brother is watching :)
