Heres a great idea for your left overs while camping! We had this last night and it was delicious. We chopped up our left over roast lamb, roast pork, potatoes & pumpkin from the night before. Added them to the vegie ring after giving it a spray with cooking oil. Whisked up some eggs, salt, pepper and parsley and poured into the ring. Crumbled smoked cheddar cheese over the top and placed vegie ring in the preheated camp oven. Suspended the camp oven above the fire using cookstand and put a shovel full of coals of the lid. Baked for about 30 mins.
