Heres a little distraction. like or comment and Ill give you an age. Then you describe what you were up to at the time vs now. Heres mine... Age I was given: 25 (year 2000) Where I lived: Boise What I drove: Stumpjumper hardtail bought from Tom at State St Georges in 97. Cannondale Silk Roads road bike (w/headshock). -First road bike, bought at Tailwind on State St. No car. What I did: Just started working at Georges on Broadway (Jan 2000 I think). Summer of 1999 I worked at Redfish Lake Lodge as a cook. Lots of riding and hiking in my spare time. Back in Boise I did a lot of riding with my pals Eric, Randy, and Travis-also Kelly I think. Took a trip to Fruita around that time...? Started doing Tuesday nighters and road races around that time as well. Rode, rode, rode. No school and single. Now: 38 Where I live: Boise What I drive: No mtb :(, Carbon Crux cross bike, Tarmac road bike, Globe commuter. No car. What I do: Still at Georges, selling bikes. Home improvement projects. Think about riding. 9 years w/Jennifer-working on our dream home, staying healthy, paying off student loans(me not she), and getting ahead. Sounds boring, but its definitely an exciting transition period. Well find time for plenty of adventures throughout the year.
