Manager, Diversity Projects and Strategies Collingwood Reference: 1932326 The Manager, Diversity Projects and Strategies will make a leading contribution to cohealths work to improve access and equity for the diverse population across Melbournes North and Western Region. The Manager is responsible for working with cross-organisational leadership teams, staff, consumers and other relevant stakeholders to develop responsive and proactive projects and strategies that support access, inclusion, active participation and capacity building of marginalised communities. Position Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Lead the development, evaluation and reporting on cohealths community engagement and consumer participation framework, and related diversity, access and inclusion and human rights strategies Ensure work is undertaken in partnership with cohealth management team, program areas, carers, consumers, communities and other external stakeholders Ensure access and diversity strategies are appropriately targeted and fully integrated with each other and across cohealth Contribute to developing and embedding cohealths values-based commitment to social justice and ethical rights-based practice Collaborate with relevant staff and consumers as required to develop policy, campaign and other advocacy capacity and activities that proactively position cohealth as a leading contributor in the field.
