Heres a quick thought while working: We all know those commercials where Alyssa Milano tells us soulfully how for just 25cents a day we can save some kids life, a kid whos sleeping in a mud puddle with flies for roommates. Now keep that on the backburner, and think about how were pulling out of Afghanistan finally, and leaving $20BILLION dollars in equipment on the ground, just leaving it there... the 300 million dollar stadium torn down unused, tanks, all that... now think of how many times 25 cents goes into 20 billion, and thats how many lives we could save right there, in other words, we could feed every single living person on the planet with the money were leaving on the ground in Afghanistan. Now think of how many lives we could save if we consciously focused our resources.
