Heres a short story one of our fan on Facebook asked PathCare to share with everyone we come across. Pepe is a brilliant student who just cleared her Senior Secondary School final examination in flying colours. She was the talk of the domitory. Students and teachers alike admired her for her intelligence and for making the school proud at various competitions she had excelled in. She was so happy to break the news first to her father that the Federal Government had decided to give her full sponsorship in any university of her choice. This would be engineering student cwas so excited and she fidgeted as she waited for her dad to come pick her from the parking lot towards home. She had rehearsed over and over how she would recount the stories of success she had had especially the part of the scholarship. Friends who tried chatting with her while they awaited their parents arrival could not match her agitated expression. All that was on her mind was I am gonna tell dad i was offered scholarship. The honk from a car across the road spurred her to run towards it. Even before seeing the look of the car she knew it was her dad. Well she was right. Her dad so excited to see his baby grown so big left the engine of the car on and ran towards his dear daughter hoping to meet her at mid point and lift her as high as he could. The story changed just a few seconds later. The dad felt a sharp pain on his chest and found himself on the ground before he could say jack. The pain caused him to black out. Pepe, confused at the sudden turn of event joined her dad on the floor trying to hug him while shouting Daddy daddy i was offered scholarship! It only dawned on her that something was wrong when her dad never responded. She knelt over him trying to see what made her dad drop to the ground only to find a still squeezed face. Confused she shouted and all she did was attract attention of people around who helped take her dad to the nearest hospital. Three hours later her mum walked out of the doctors hospital with tear stricken face and blood shot eyes. Dad was dead! Please tell me what killed dad? Reply in the comment box.
