I had a blast at October IronFest NYC: met some awesome people, got some great advice, watched some amazingly strong athletes compete, and hit some big PRs of my own. Its safe to say that Im totally addicted to this sport. Participating was extremely motivating, the lifters were all so very supportive of each other and very welcoming to newbies like myself. Thanks very much to the judges and organizers especially Dana, John, Jay at CrossFit Gantry and Starting Strength - The Aasgaard Company and the rest. The next meet cant come soon enough!
