Heres an example of how effed up scales are... 5-hours ago I was 115.5 (same as the last 4 days). Now Im 118.2. Almost a 3 pound difference. Come on, now. THROW OUT YOUR SCALES!!! Focus on how you feel, how your body is changing, and how your clothes fit. Dont let the scale control YOU! (FYI: Up until about 2-weeks ago, I hadnt weighed myself since my last doc appointment 2 months ago. I hardly ever weigh myself. I have been keeping a close eye on it lately though because weight has been dropping off me fairly quickly due to breastfeeding and working out. Have been sticking to strength and skipping/limiting cardio/plyometrics for the time being.)
