Heres an internship opportunity: People Services File Room Associate (Intern) National Heritage Academies (NHA) is in need of an Intern to join an established team of professionals dedicated to the tracking, monitoring and processing of numerous personnel compliance documents. The selected individual will work closely with teammates and schools to ensure compliance within all 74 NHA locations. This position reports directly to our People Services Supervisor and will work out of our Service Center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong communication skill, be deadline driven, and have a high level of task management ability. • You’ll Make An Impact: Working as a professional at the Service Center grants you the opportunity to become part of a team focused on better educating more children and ensuring that each of the students in NHA classrooms are challenged to achieve. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: *Respond to internal and external requests for information *Sort Incoming/ Outgoing Mail including mass mailings *Data Entry into an HRIS and electronic document scanning *Submit background checks & maintain information electronically *Routinely follow up with schools on information *Administrative duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business • Experience with Microsoft Office, HRIS and document imaging • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Service-oriented • Ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines • Have a strong attention to detail and follow-through • Adaptable, reliable, and strong on personal ownership Pay is $10/hr To apply, please go to our website: nhacareers
