Heres an older song I play every once in a while upon awakening. I always play some beautiful, positive song to get the mood set for the day. It is a practice that I have had since my school days. Also did Yoga before going off to school. Yes, strange child I was; but it did help in my studies, as I was at the top of the class as far as assignments went (became the teachers pet).
