Heres another meal plan tip! Hope its useful to you! Breakfast-two pieces of turkey bacon , 1 slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter sliced bananas and raisins on top (some people like to add a little honey...I dont care for honey) Snack (2hrs later) - 1 packet of garlic and herb tuna. Plain. (90 calories) Lunch-turkey burger on whole wheat bun. No cheese. Mustard. (I like to add a teaspoon of light mayo). Lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado. Small handful of Light lays potato chips. Pickle. Snack (2hrs later)- natures own Greek yogurt protein bar and a apple. Preworkout snack- protein punch turkey bites. About 6 of them. These are like beef jerkey but look like little sausages. Can be found in the checkout aisle at Walmart. Dinner-smothered porkchops (my version) season porkchops with desired seasonings then grill. Add onion and bell pepper and mushrooms. Add a little water to make a natural rue(gravy). Green beans (I really like to season my green beans! I hate bland food!) Stove top stuffing (watch your portions) and cauliflower mashed potatoes! Dessert- sugar free Popsicle! Lots of water!!!!!!!! Hope this helps!
