Heres how you present and frame your presentation. Start with your customer not with your product. I never liked canned presentations, they show a poor understanding and respect for your audience. If you ever need to present to a more niche audience (e.g. single customer), start reading up on the customers background, their vision, their values, if you were using their services, what would you like to improve, start with their story first and use it and map it back to how your product can help them in that aspect.
