Heres something to consider for what its worth: the cost for a family of four to go to one regular season Colts game with the cheapest tickets plus estimated parking and no fringe accoutrements (i.e. Hot dogs, drinks, souvenirs, etc) = $250 FOR ONE GAME!! 3 hour experience! The cheapest cost for a family of four to go the Indianapolis art museum, all day, any day with FREE parking and access to events and exhibits for a WHOLE year = $75. Im not an expert in museums/museum administration...this fact just came to my on my run today and thought Id share it.
