Heres the deal. WE, the people, did heinous, unforgivable, inhuman things. Sure, we hired mercenaries and murderers to do the dirty work. But we did them. And not one living soul can honestly predict just how deep the rabbit-hole weve dug might be. Imt not at all sure that the USA can ever claim to have the moral high ground on ANY subject at all, ever again. We have pissed in our own Cheerios, and the world wont hesitate to feed them back to us, laughing the whole way. I am ashamed. We all should be.
