Heres the great English video report of what we did on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Yasif Junction in the Western Galilee of Israel. Aaron caught the spirit of our vigil for Brotherhood and coming together. Over 100 attended from the entire area including from the Lebanese border in the north to Shfaram, and from Nahariya and the kibbutzim along the Mediterranean coast in the west to the Arab villages of Rame, Sajur, Dir al-Asad and Tamra (whose mayors attended) in the hills in the east, Kfar Yasif, Carmiel, and the Misgav communities. Our next vigil will be even larger with requests to hold them in 4 locations, as we approach election campaigns and positioning of candidates and parties. We will remain apolitical (non-political) and will welcome all politicians who want to identify with our common denominators of Neighbors in Peace and Jews, Arab, and Druze Refuse to Be Enemies. They will not talk parties, but identify themselves WITH ALL the citizens of our country and not exclude anyone — in Peace, understanding, mutuality, and LOVE — together for a better country and a leader among nations.
