Heres the latest update from Aaron, Joels son, at around 7am this morning: Dad has been in the ICU for over 6 hours now. He is still very critical but stable. The balloon pump is still in his heart to help take the load off his heart. But additional bleeding has been very minimal. I dont know of he has had to have additional blood beyond what they did in surgery or not but I dont think they have. He is on a ventilator and they had to sedate him more heavily because he keeps waking up and they need his blood pressure down which doesnt happen when he is awake. They sound more optimistic with every hour that passes he will likely be sedated all day today and maybe into tomorrow I do believe we are seeing a miracle...with the amount of blood they replaced and the degree of bleeding they were dealing with...he is beating the odds. He still needs a lot of prayer But signs are slowly improving Thanks for your prayers! Pastor Dan
