Heres three thoughts on this weeks Ferguson whatnot. 1: if Wilson had shot in the first altercation, it would have been a slam dunk. He didnt; and the circumstances of the 2nd half make it iffy. A prosecutor never wants to take an iffy case to trial. I suspect that is why he presented exculpatory evidence to the Grand jury. 2) Anonymous dug up Klan ties amongst the local and county cops. THIS needs to stop. People with ties to the Klan have no business in ANY positions of authority or power. Anonymous USUALLY gets their facts straight. 3) assuming 2 is true, dont you think its expected for black folks, even non-thugs, to get REALLY frustrated with police that despises them? And probably enjoys dishing out a daily dose of humiliation? Bottom line: Brown was a thug. Wilson was probably justified, but I dont think he tried very hard to pursue a path where deadly force WASNT justified.
