Heres todays big announcement! Were looking for the next big star to appear in their very own commercial! Submit your 30 second to 1 minute long Afdent commercial to our contest tab (above or click the link below) for your chance at fame and fortune!! Commercial must highlight Afdent. You can come up with a new jingle, do a funny or dramatic skit, create the Afdent dance, the sky is the limit! Winner will have their commercial professionally produced and star in their very own commercial on TV next year AND win a $2,500 CASH grand prize! 2nd Place commercial wins $1,000 Cash! Use your phone, tablet, camcorder, computer, or other devices- get together with your family and friends and make your best Afdent commercial. Submit your commercial by January 30, 2015. Voting starts during Dental Health Month from January 30- February 6, 2015! The person with the most public votes and vote of Afdent management (counts for higher number of votes per manager) wins! Person submitting your commercial must be an Afdent Patient of Record (been seen between January 2013 and January 30, 2015) with an account in good standing.
