Heres what Im󾆵 backing Caulfield Cup󾟜󾦃󾆠 day Race 2: quinella 1&6 Race 3: No.2 Arabian󾆦Gold󾓝 Race 6: no.11 Strawberry Boy 󾁓󾆛 Race 9 no.14 Peron & No.3 Steps󾟰In Time🕠 Rosehill Race 3, No.2 Barbed Caulfield Cup󾟛 Over the week Ive󾆵 done form󾔧for the Caulfield Cup and spoken to experts and this is the synopsis. HAWKSPUR: Going to be mighty hard to beat. Has had the perfect Caulfield Cup campaign and and should get a lovely cart into the race. The wide barrier should not be an issue and the way the speed map pans out will get every favour. Has a class edge on most of his rivals in a race light on chances and hard to beat. ROYAL DESCENT: Classy mare who has had the classic old fashioned Caulfield Cup campaign. Stable has stated that of their 4 runners she will take the most improvement into the race from last start. Only slight query is that she could be stuck behind tiring horses, but top rider should be able to keep her out of trouble and in the finish. WALDPARK: Still $51 with some bookmakers and clearly the best roughie in the race. A former German🇩󾓨 galloper󾟜 who will be massive improver here. Strips fitter at his 4th run this campaign and drops a massive 6KG in the weights. Way over the odds and stable insiders have backed him over the past fortnight. SILENT󾌮 ACHIEVER󾔚 Classy Kiwi🐏 mare who like Royal Descent is on the old fashioned Caulfield Cup campaign. Trainer has a good record in big races and she has improved with every run this campaign at weight-for-age level. In well at the weights and must be respected. MY QUEST FOR PEACE: Former import who hasnt produced his best for Peter Moody yet but that could change here. Has been tipped by some astute judges and at $51 is worth an each-way ticket. FAWKNER: Lloyd Williams flirted with running half his stable in this race at one stage or another but this bloke is the one he has set for the race from the start, Query over him running a strong 2400 metres, but will relish the drop in weight and must be respected. Any move for him in the market must also be respected. Unknown: Dandino Overseas galloper whose form is excellent but looks better suited in the Melbourne Cup. The Knock: Dear Demi any chance she had went at the barrier draw. She cant concede a start to several runners I couldnt see her beating anyway and looking to make money by betting against her in head to head markets. Happy punting󾓝 Quinny󾆵
