Heres what we have done so far, ripped out about 1000 square feet of nasty rug. We are putting the new floor over the oak , replaced toilet in master, removed old tile in upstairs bathroom, redid laundry room and got new LG washer and dryer. got new ac system for $7500. 4 glass panes replaced 3 of which are 20 feet up. new refrigerater fixed a water leak in the main line. water softener installed new tankless hot water heater. UNLOADED all my stuff into the garage, until my floors are done and rooms are painted. cleaned cleaned cleaned. ripped out moldy sheet rock in what will now be a new linen closet, it used to house the old air handler which is now in its new location where the Urinal was in the master bath. (I won miss the urinal) And when I say we I mean mostly Joe. but I have been doing a lot of shopping ! except the unloading that was mostly me and cleaning. and that sucked in 95 degree heat All in one week.
