Heres you #TBT Ab Assault #FitnessFix..... #Repost & Tag 3 friends who want killer abs and one person who has killer abs(dont say whos/who LOL let them hash that out!!! Next do 2 sets of the following 5 exercises on a flat bench! 1) Bench crunches - ( 25 reps) 2) Bicycle Crunches (25 reps each side) 3) Toe Touches (25 reps)! 4) Core Twist ( 15 each side ) 5) V overs (20 each side) Beast out 1 minute on the Jump rope Repeat....
