Here’s another tip for success and happiness in your life; Communicate Clearly! I’ve been seeing an ever-increasing number of posts here on FB, as well as other places, that are written so cryptic as to be virtually indecipherable. It’s not efficient communication to use random abbreviations for most words, and to eliminate most or all capitalization and punctuation! In most cases it only produces ambiguity, confusion, and frequently, unnecessary arguments. It also makes you appear to be REALLY STUPID! If you always communicate like this amongst your like-minded (dim-witted) friends, then you’re never practicing the proper communication skills that will, ultimately, lead to your personal success. Poor written and verbal communication skills have been directly correlated to socioeconomic failure, low-class, and poverty. Conversely, when you develop a large vocabulary and practice proper communication techniques, this alone, it has been proven, will open doors leading to success, no matter what other skills you possess, or even your level of education! What can you do to improve your vocabulary, spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation skills – other than enrolling in a boring English class? READ, READ, and READ some more! Read properly vetted, published literature and STOP typing messages like an idiot! In time, after reading lots of professionally produced books, and practicing what you’ve learned from this reading, your overall communication skills will invariably improve. This will lead to greater success and happiness in your life.
