Hero stopped by our event today to say hi! Foster momma says he is doing very well and enjoys nothing more than a sunny afternoon lounging in the backyard sunshine. Hero is enjoying his Muffins Halo for Blind Dogs donated by Veronica Shuster. We were able to see him in his Halo - a device that helps him wander around with more confidence so he doesnt bump into things, and in his Doggles, a mesh eye-protector that will protect the eye he still has (since he has no vision and could hurt his eye on a branch or shrub). Then, we got to SNUGGLE! Once again, a big thank you to Veronica for donating the Halo - it is amazing!
