Hey All Myself and Abbie Kelsall are looking to set up a similar structure to the Regional Hubs but in each of the LAs. Looking to expand the groups to u11s u13s and u15s in all 3 LAs. Problem there is only two of us : ( there are a lot of great volunteers already in North East that already do a lot (in which I appreciate so much) We are looking for a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager and Umpire for each age group and LA Hub. It would be great to get experience coaches in but ideally would love to see new up and coming coaches/umpires getting involved as this is a great place to start. Also I will look to getting mentors to support you. If you are interested or know someone who may be ideal for this please let me know : ) it would only be 2hrs a month. I am also looking for Talent ID Officers who are available on a Saturday so we can improve the Pathway from Participant to Excellence. Dont worry if you havent got the right qualifications we can help you to achieve them.
