Hey Challengers...I hope you had a great Sunday! I went out to dinner at the Crows Nest...had a great salad bar and a glass of wine. Did you know that the salad bar there is $12? I had 1 plate....and it was small. Some would say...its 12 dollars..I am getting my moneys worth..not me. My health is more important. So, heres the deal with some of you that are a little freaked out over $140 towards your health ...towards your life. Do you think a lot when you buy a pair of $120 nike shoes or a expensive jeans or outfit? Do you add up the trivial things you buy daily...starbucks, soda, snacks.....the eye cream that promises to make you look younger? The surgery that will melt away the fat...the $100 a month gym membership that we ALL have had that has done nothing for us? So here we sit.....with an opportunity to learn about your nutrition...to take control of the one thing that we struggle with.....to drink a nutrition shake that is THE BEST product on the market...better than any lettuce leaf or broccoli spear or carrot stick you can buy at Whole Foods...and the excuses start to fly! I cant afford it...but youll go out to dinner and spend that in one night. What is this nutrition shake? I need to try it first.....but youll buy an expensive eye cream or a wrap without any INFO, with the hopes that it will MELT AWAY the problems. OR, I dont like the taste...well, thats because your taste buds are use to sugar, starchy, high fat crap! I am sorry, shakeology does not taste like cake.....it never will. Its a nutrition shake. Do your vitamins taste like cake? Nope! So think about this last thing.....when are you going to FINALLY stop making excuses and take care of yourself? When are you going to START loving yourself enough to change? If you are ready...we are here to help! Love you all! Lets do this!
