Hey DANCECoLaB dancers!! Meet your newest instructor Taryn Wayne! Taryn Wayne is a professional Choreographer, Dancer, Reiki Master Level Practitioner, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Private Trainer. She danced as an apprentice with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA before college, and then graduated Suma Cum Laude with a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University. Since graduating, Taryn has lived and danced in NYC at Steps on Broadway, performing with Extended Dance Company and the Stephanie Harris Dance Collective. Now residing in Los Angeles, she has danced with several LA contemporary/modern companies, including Trip Dance Theatre, and is currently a member of PTERO Dance Theatre. She has also done several of her own works, and was a featured performer in the RAW Natural Born Artists Awards show for 2012. Taryn is the creator of T.E.M.P.T. - Therapeutic Expressive Movement Progression Techniques, and looks forward to sharing her lifetime study of movement through this new approach to mind/body/spatial integration. Taryn teaches JAZZ Wednesday Nights Basics 5:30 -7pm Beginner/Int 7-8:30pm
