Hey Everyone I have some Very Exciting news to tell you all!! I have been accepted to go on a missions trip to LA in July; I will be going from July 13th - July 19th. We have a group called the One Eight who are going to meet up with the Dream Centre in LA to help the abused and neglected kids in gang controlled areas. So why is our group called the One Eight? Acts 1:8 ...Christ calls his followers to extend their ministries into their community and ultimately the world Joshua 1:8... commands believers to follow the Bible and what is written in it. Therefore our group encompasses the ideas of both knowing a sharing Gods Word. So the reason Im letting you guys all know whats going on in my life is because i need your help! I wont try and convince you of why you should help me but I ask that you think and pray about this. This trip wont be by any means cheap; and it will definitely worth the cost. The quick estimate would be $1500-$2000 -were staying 6 nights at the dream centre $390 (includes 3 square meals) - A plane ticket (around $700-$900) - Gas $ for vehicles while were down there ($100) these are just rough estimates.. If Anyone has it on their hearts to help pay some of these costs with me, that would be such a blessing or if you just want to know more about my trip feel free to shoot me a message and ill answer all the questions that I can!
