November 2, 2013 Black Tie Dinner Marriot in Woodland Hills April 12, 2014 Kidneys Quest Foundation 2nd Annual Talent Show At all events gives us the opportunity to bring awareness that we are here for the community. Kidneys Quest Foundation is an outreach organization dedicated to families, and individuals, with kidney disorders and those in need of kidney transplants. The foundation helps people focus on building inner strength and learning how to manage their renal disease. Kidneys Quest Foundation is committed to educating people about the choices that are available. The goal of Kidneys Quest Foundation is to support kidney patients by alleviating some of the fears and stress of living with a kidney disease. Kidneys Quest Foundation works to: · Support kidney patients on their next steps after being diagnosed with a kidney disorder; · Provide dialysis support; · Train potential candidates to do dialysis at home, so they can have time available for employment; · Assist potential kidney transplant recipients with becoming, and staying, active on a Kidney Transplant List; · Encourage renal patients to enjoy a proper diet with menus located in our cookbook; · Provide opportunities for exercise and an active lifestyle; · Help renal patients stay in control of their life; · Mentally and emotionally support those with renal disease; · Offer support services after a kidney transplant; · Provide outreach events; · And bring information to the community on how to become a Live Kidney Donor and give the gift of life.
