Hey FB F & F I have another interesting fact. I dont know how many of you experienced this but as a son of a Vietnam Vet who was effected in what he claims was a positive way (Affected?? Never figure that one out but anyway) as a son of a Vet who DID NOT suffer PTSD and to this day makes no apologies for Americas role nor his role in the war, embraced Americas Warrior Culture and expounds at length whenever asked regarding the intestinal fortitude of A Real Man movies like Apocalypse Now, and Good Morning Vietnam where always held up as great works of art and watched with almost religious fervor or at the very least Hard Respect in my home. That said, and not being there myself I never really understood yet still loved my pop so yeah always thought that was some pretty good film making, anyways getting off track a little. Just wanted to see if anybody else knew who the character that Robin Williams portrayed in the movie Good Morning Vietnam was. I think everyone knows that that movie was based on real events and that Williams character was a living person but does anyone know who it was? No bullshit this ones gonna blow you away. The man who would wake up our troops every morning at 5:30 am with the now legendary phrase Goooood Mooorning Viietnam! was none other than Wheel of fortune host Mr. Pat Sajak. Look it up.
