Hey Gang! I think instead of me taking a picture I decided to be real, up front and ME in a little video! This is for my FREE Clean Eating group that started today. Im even in my Rise Against T-Shirt and my Black Lab PJS. After a workout I love getting in comfy clothes for the evening. For real though Im at this part in my fitness journey Im saying peace out girl scout to all this stuff I threw away today. I used to love Beer/Rum, Pasta, Ice Cream, Candy, Gatorade all that stuff! But I totally understand its SO tough to get rid of so much at once but go at your pace and TRUST me on this never give up on fighting those cravings and urges. I totally believe in Moderation and one thing I may never give up but I have cut back on is Wine. I enjoy having a glass here and there and one thing I do enjoy is Cheesecake. Im currently working on just having one cheat a month. Have I failed at it, absolutely! Will I give up? NOPE! Discipline was one thing that has really held me back over the years and I feel 100 percent now I can let go of those things this far into my journey. Love you all! This is going to be an AMAZING month and if we just break one of those habits then youre one step ahead than before and Im doing my job to help you become healthier, happier, and reaching your fitness and nutritional goals!
