Hey Mafia family tonight I want to change it up a bit. Tonight this post is dedicated to all of you. I know I have asked you the question "What motivates you?" well I will tell you something that motivates me ALL OF MY MAFIA FAMILY!! I love that the Muscle Mafia has grown and continues to do so. And as it grows I get to meet so many more of you and hear all of your stories. The fact that all of you share your progress with us through Throwdown Thursdays. Not only do you share your progress you encourage others to keep killing the steel. I frickin love it !! Just to have had hand in something that is creating such a positive atmosphere for every one in it is very cool. So one of the things that motivates me is my mafia family!! We appreciate each and everyone of you !! And i hope you continue to follow us down the path of Iron for years to come! As always, eat right, train insane, kill the steel, bust a sweat, do a drop set, give a sermon in the iron cathedral, Set new standards, inspire the good in another, share a smile, give a nod, lend a hand, kiss those you love as often as you can, sleep well and Get Big!!
