Hey Mama Zane Im Sixteen Years Old. I Have A Two Month Old - TopicsExpress

Hey Mama Zane Im Sixteen Years Old. I Have A Two Month Old Daughter. My Daughter Will Be Travelling To North Carolina On Wednesday With Her Daddy And Her Paternal Grandma To Attend Their Family Reunion. At First, I Told My Baby Daddy That I Wouldnt Let Him Take Her Because Shes Too Young And I Didnt Want Him Travelling With Her Alone. I Told Him If His Mama Went With Him Then I Would Let Our Baby Go. I Trust His Mama With Our Daughter. Shes Going And All Of Them Are Flying Up There. The Pediatrician Said That It Would Be Okay. I Wont Be Going Because I Have To Work And Im Finishing Up My Classes For My High School Diploma. If I Could Have Gone, I Would Have. Anyway, My Baby Will Be Gone For Two Weeks And Im Going To Miss Her Very Much :-( I Know That Shell Be Safe With Her Grandma Though, But This Will Be The Longest That Shell Be Away From Me, Which Makes Me Sad. Shes A Breastfed Baby And Im Not Even Sure If Ill Be Able To Store Enough Milk For Two Weeks. Im Not Sure If Im Overdoing It, But I Packed 10 Bags Of Stuff For My Baby. I Packed Beaucoup Clothes And Bibs Since Babies Get Dirty A Lot. What Else Do People Usually Pack And How Do People Pack Breast Milk? I Just Wanna Know. Thanks. MY RESPONSE: Aw, how sweet. You do not need to send that many clothes with the baby for the reunion. As for storing breast milk, I will defer that answer to those who have had that experience. I am sure the grandmother will help to take care of the baby so relax and enjoy the break.
