Hey South Charlotte peeps....Several of you have asked my about the boxing place that I go to... I cant say enough good things about TITLE Boxing Club Charlotte- Ayrsley the staff is awesome, the workouts are FIERCE...you DO NOT have to have a boxing or martial arts back ground to benefit from the workouts (obviously it helps if you do)....people are friendly there and there are classes all throughout the day. You get a free First shot class if youre curious about trying it out......believe me when I tell you....this is not for the faint of heart...youll get a workout and youll be hooked! let me know if youd like to be hosted out there and Ill be glad to hook it up for you!
