Justin Timberlake said it was an honest mistake. Right. The FCC didn’t buy that and fined CBS $550,000 – like it was their fault. It happened so fast that analysts think only about 15 or 20% of audience, whether at the stadium or on TV, actually saw it. In any event, the third photo is what was quickly shown when the camera crew realized history was being made.
