The committee is looking to Floridians on how to spend these funds. Let your voice be heard! Senate President Andy Gardiner has tasked the Senate Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation, chaired by Senator Charlie Dean, with drafting legislation to implement this new amendment. The Senate Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation is currently taking public comment on the implementation of the Water and Land Conservation Amendment.
