Hey all, New to group as I rrally need a second opinion. Just bought a vz ssz for the missus, absolutely lovely car but started to make a ticking sound, a good friend told me that its common if the oil is low and they also told me to make sure the oil is between the lines. I opened the cap and I couldnt see any oil in there at all :-( I filled it up (which took 19L) and started it up, I looked down where the cap was and the oil was just up the little spout thing between the lines, the sound went almost straight away but for some reason the engine stopped :-/ Does anyone know why this would be? I dont want to get ripped off by the mechanics as I know they like to make things up so thought Id ask if anyone ran into the same problems?
