Hey all. What a journey! I have had huge amounts of help from really positive and influential people that have helped me get where I am today. People like Craig Aaron, David Orth, Stacey Morris Diamond Dallas Page and way too many more to mention. In an effort to pay back all the support and knowledge passed on to me I put out a video to offer to mentor some people on their health and fitness lifestyle makeovers. I honestly didnt expect the response I got. I had so many people send me messages asking for my assistance and I was humbled and overwhelmed by the reaction. So that being said I want to say I will help all that I can, to every single person that wants it. I want to help get you guys to where you want to be. I am willing to put in the work and give all of myself to get you there. So if you contacted me, shoot me a message via Facebook and send me your number and let me know if you have skype or FaceTime or phone if you dont have access to that. I have outlined a plan to how I am going to go about mentoring you guys and I want to do an initial consult that I will schedule with you at a time that works for everybody.
