Hey everybody, I am starting something new for you today! Its FREE workout FRIDAY!!! My Challenge Group is Focused on Doing Arms, Core, and Abs this week - Here is a Sample Workout from my Group Slightly Modified. Warm Up: 20 Wide Stance Jumping Jacks 20 Arm Circles 20 Standing Star Stance Toe Touches **Stand tall with arms open wide and feet apart in wide stance - bend and touch right hand to left toe. Return to star stance, bend and touch left hand to right toe, return to star position. Repeat. The Workout: 20 *Push Ups 20 Speed Skater Lunges 30 sec *Superman Hold -See Pic I would like you to start out doing as many push ups as you can started in the plank position... Modify with going to knees or doing them standing against the wall if you need to. *Superman Hold - Squeeze your core and hold for 30 seconds. Rest 1 min. Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 sets. STRETCH: Lay on your back - reach your arms out above your head and stretch out your Abs. Roll over on your stomach and prop up into Cobra position - hold 20 seconds, from this transition into downward dog position - hold 20 seconds. Walk your hands back toward your feet grasp your ankles - hold 20 sec. Stand up tall and do your quad stretch - balance on one foot and reach behind and grasp the other foot gently pressing it against your bum. ***Comment Below when you are Done. ***
