Hey, everyone - just a heads up. My Board of Directors recently had to make some tough financial decisions with regards to the Chamber. Like any other small business, we rely on member $$$ to keep the doors open and the lights on. Because the doors MUST stay open, they elected to lay me off permanently - at 5pm Im done. The hours will be reduced to 10-4 five days a week and as of right now I dont know who will be covering the office for sure. I will SO miss this job and every one of you. Make no mistake - I will still be around and I am going to volunteer and youll still see me out and about but no longer in my official capacity as Chamber Director. I am SO ready for and excited about my next phase - both as a Realtor for Realty World Horner West here in town (if you or yours need a Realtor, please keep me in mind!) as well as representing the company that makes a category creating health supplement (this product is the reason my husband is no longer on chemotherapy for his psoriatic arthritis for the first time in nearly 20 years - true story) as well as an anti-aging skin care line for people - also remarkable - as well as a product thats proven equally beneficial for animals - SO exciting and please let me know if you would like more information!!!) SUPER IMPORTANT POINT: I need to be CRYSTAL clear on something - there are no hard feelings between the Board and myself (sorry; nothing interesting at all to report on that end of things :D ).
